All prices are "Per 100 Pieces"
Freight: FOB Grafton, Ohio
Payment: Net 30 days
Minimum Invoice: U.S. $100
Warranty: Parts are warranted to be
free from defects in workmanship for a period of
60 days from date of shipment. General
Plug's sole obligation shall be to replace any
part found to be unacceptable upon inspection by
General Plug.
Returned
Goods: Parts will be accepted for return
only after issuance of a Return Goods
Authorization Number by General Plug. Parts
that are returned for any reason other than
alleged defects must be in original cartons, in
resalable condition, and will be subject to
incoming QC inspection and a handling and
restocking charge of 25% of the original price.
Returned Goods must be shipped Freight Prepaid.
GENERAL PLUG
ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ERRORS OCCURRING IN
THE PLACEMENT OF ORDERS BY PHONE UNLESS A WRITTEN
CONFIRMING ORDER IS RECEIVED BEFORE SHIPMENT.
ORDER QUANTITIES
WILL BE ADJUSTED (IF NECESSARY) TO CONFIRM TO
STANDARD CARTON QUANTITIES.
A packing/prep
charge will be assessed for each carton shipped
via UPS or Air Express.
